Marianette is the owner of Mir-Image. Mir-Image is an Etiquette, Soft Skills, Professional and Leadership Development Company. Marianette engages in Employment and Career coaching where she teaches on soft skills via Work/Job Readiness Programs, Youth and Adolescent Programs, and Workshops that assist job seekers with getting and retaining employment along with those individuals seeking Career Transition. Her workshops cover all aspects of employment from the Resume to Dress to Impress which covers presentation etiquette (hair, make-up, nails, hygiene, jewelry, fragrance, clothing, and shoes) to the Follow Up after the Interview. Workshops are offered to all ages whether seeking employment, just need to brush up on image, or need a refresher on soft skills. In addition, she provides consultation services for businesses to help with skills building for onboarding of new hires and training programs to decrease high turn-over rate.

Marc Hamm is the owner of Procurement Websites, LLC. Hamm currently manages four divisions of Procurement Websites: Web Design, Graphics, Marketing and SEO – Search Engine Optimization. Hamm and his team are responsible for the design, sales, customer service, marketing, and social media for Procurement Websites’ Clients. Prior to serving in his current role, Hamm ran the Web Design and Graphics departments for Procurement Websites, LLC from 2005 – 2010. Prior to 2005, Hamm founded United in Service, a company geared toward assisting nonprofit organizations in need of Web Design and Technology.

Her mission statement: To assist families towards Economic Empowerment through securing Employment and Education using the Foundations of Finance, was the motivation Charvi used to transition from working in the corporate sector to establish her business, Ascension Consultant Enterprises. Charvi is a licensed Life/Health Insurance Representative, Certified Credit Counselor, and Literary Agent. In over 5 years, Charvi and her team has assisted families in securing generational wealth through life insurance policies and homeownership, land employment with Fortune 500 companies, and published over a dozen books.
